As the Managing Symposium Editor of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy, it is my pleasure to invite you to read the transcript from our 2013 symposium, held on November 13, 2013, on the topic of Veterans and Higher Education. The Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy is a premier forum for legal scholarship in the intersections between the law and public policy.
